ABOUT JSIR — 日本生殖免疫学会
The Japan Society for Immunology of Reproduction (JSIR; 日本生殖免疫学会) is an academic society dedicated to the advancement and development of reproductive immunology — the field at the intersection of reproduction and immunology. It studies how the semi-allogeneic embryo and fetus are accepted by the maternal immune system to establish and maintain pregnancy, and contributes to understanding and treating infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss and pregnancy complications. JSIR holds an annual academic meeting and promotes exchange among basic researchers and clinicians, both in Japan and internationally.
